Ingredients

  • Red Juice:
    2–3 apples
    1/2 red cabbage
    a small piece of beet
  • Orange Juice:
    3 apples
    2 carrots

    1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Stuffed Eggs:
    egg yolks
    a spoonful of the juice pulp
    mayonnaise
    black pepper

How to make

  1. Juice the ingredients and save the pulp.
  2. Boil the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
  3. Soak the egg whites in the fresh juice for about 3 hours.
  4. Mash the yolks with the juice pulp, mayonnaise, and black pepper.
