INGREDIENTS

Kale 35g, Cucumber 150g, Aronia 100g, Pear 150g, Spinach 35g, Lemon juice 30ml, Water 210ml

TIP If raw aronia berries are not available, thaw frozen aronia berries slightly and blend.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the pears. Peel and cut the cucumbers.
  2. Wash and cut the kale and spinach.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
