Green Apple 250g, Lemon 30g, Garlic 5g, Cucumber 150g, Parsley 30g, Kale 30g, Ginger 15g

METHOD
- Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
- Peel the lemon, garlic, and ginger. Remove the stem of the cucumber and slice properly.
- Wash the parsley and kale clean and slice them properly.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
