This grapefruit and apricot smoothie helps cleanse blood vessels and recover your energy.


INGREDIENTS

Grapefruit 100g, Apricot 100g, Apple 200g, Kale 30g, Water 280ml

TIP Apple has many nutrients in its peels. Remove only the seeds and blend them as a whole with the vacuum blender.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the grapefruits. Remove the seeds of the apricots and cut.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut them with kale.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
