Milk 300ml, Butter 80g, Flour(all purpose) 40g, Greek yogurt 280g, Salt a little, Pepper a little

TIP If you use stirred yogurt instead of greek yogurt, you need to use less milk to control the thickness.

METHOD

  1. Make a white roux sauce by stirring and cooking flour and melted butter on a pan.
  2. Put all the prepared ingredients into the container and blend together.
