INGREDIENTS
Kale 40g, Spinach 40g, Parsley 25g, Cucumber 150g, Lemon 30g, Green Grapes 220g
TIP You can substitute various green leaves including celery, angelica, and pak choi for kale.
METHOD
- Slice the kale, spinach, and parsley into proper sizes.
- Remove the stem of the cucumber and slice into proper sizes. Wash the green grapes clean and separate each grape from the bunch.
- Peel the lemon.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
