INGREDIENTS

Green pea (boiled) 200g, Potato 120g, Onion 20g, Butter 10g, Chicken stock 150g, Milk 200ml, Salt a little, Pepper a little

TIP Green peas should be cooked to get rid of any impurities.

METHOD

  1. Open the can and pour only peas in a bowl. Blanch the peas shortly in boiling water.
  2. Stir-fly sliced onions with butter.
  3. Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
  4. 4. Add salt or white pepper, if needed.
