INGREDIENTS

Celery50 g, Parsley30 g, Tomato500 g, Avocado100 g, Lemon20 g, Salta little, Peppera little

TIPCelery and parsley have a strong smell. Depending on your taste, adjust their portion, or use stems rather than leaves.

METHOD

  1. Chop every ingredient into pieces.
  2. Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and turn the dial button right to blend. Blend them altogether until there are no big chunks.
  3. Depending on your preferred texture, blend more or less. Blending at a high speed makes the soup texture smoother.
