Humus is Arabic, which means ‘chickpeas’. It is used for cooking as deep sauce or spread form on foods. It is also used to eat with flat bread like pita, and cereal cracker, or with vegetables.


INGREDIENTS

Boiled chickpeas 300g, Boiled bean water 200ml, Lemon juice 15g, Sesame seeds 3g, Chopped garlic 40g, Olive oil 40g, Cumin powder 5g, Salt & pepper a little, Parsley powder or paprika powder decoration

TIP Use the pusher after removing the vacuum cover, vacuum module. Press the pusher on the material that comes up to the wall of the container to make the blending better.

METHOD

  1. Put all the ingredients you have prepared into the container.
  2. Turn the dial and start blending at low speed.
  3. If the chick is crushed to the point where it can't be seen, press the material that rises to the wall of the container and speed it up and blend until the texture reach where you want.
  4. Adjust the amount of olive oil to the desired texture with a dip or spread.
