Humus is Arabic, which means ‘chickpeas’. It is used for cooking as deep sauce or spread form on foods. It is also used to eat with flat bread like pita, and cereal cracker, or with vegetables.

METHOD
- 1. Put all the ingredients you have prepared into the container.
- 2. Turn the dial and start blending at low speed.

- 4. Adjust the amount of olive oil to the desired texture with a dip or spread.
