INGREDIENTS

Spinach50 g, Romaine Lettuce50 g, Strawberries200 g, Banana150 g, Milk50 g

TIPWash the spinach clean, including the roots.

METHOD

  1. 1. Wash the spinach and romaine lettuce clean and slice into proper sizes.
  2. 2. Remove the stems of the strawberries and peel the banana.
  3. 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
