INGREDIENTS
Spinach 50g, Romaine Lettuce 50g, Strawberries 200g, Banana 150g, Milk 50g
TIP Wash the spinach clean, including the roots.
METHOD
- Wash the spinach and romaine lettuce clean and slice into proper sizes.
- Remove the stems of the strawberries and peel the banana.
- Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
