INGREDIENTS
Spinach50 g, Romaine Lettuce50 g, Strawberries200 g, Banana150 g, Milk50 g
TIPWash the spinach clean, including the roots.
METHOD
- 1. Wash the spinach and romaine lettuce clean and slice into proper sizes.
- 2. Remove the stems of the strawberries and peel the banana.
- 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
