INGREDIENTS

Cashew nuts 100g, Brazil nuts 50g, Macadamia 50g, Hazelnut 50g, Nutmega little, Maca powdera little, Salta little, Water 450ml

TIP Soak non-fried or non-baked nuts in water before using in the vegan milk recipes.

METHOD

  1. Turn the dial button right and blend all the ingredients finely enough.
  2. Wrap the mix with a cotton or ramie cloth and press and drain the water to make perfectly smooth nut milk.

NUTRITION

Nuts look similar, but contain different nutrients: iron in cashews, selenium in brazil nuts, unsaturated fatty acids in macadamias.
