METHOD
- 1. Thaw the frozen banana (peeled and sliced properly).
- 2. Thaw the frozen orange (peeled).
- 3. Wash the spinach clean and slice it properly.
- 4. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
