INGREDIENTS
Pomegranate150 g, Apple100 g, Orange150 g, Cucumber100 g
TIPCucumbers have their own unique strong smell like celery. Use cucumbers after removing the tough skin and spines to make milder juice.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds.
- 2. Use the apple as is and slice the cucumber (stem removed) into proper sizes.
- 3. Peel the orange.
- 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
