A common source of protein in baby food recipes is meat. However, you can feed your baby this anchovy-mushroom-cabbage porridge that is rich in protein, calcium and vitamin D.
INGREDIENTS
Dried anchovy20 g, Shiitake mushrooms10 g, Cabbage10 g, Rice50 g, Water250 g
TIPThe anchovies must be stir-fried in a pan to remove fishiness and soaked in water to remove saltiness before cooking.
METHOD
- Stir-fry small anchovies in a pan. Soak them in cold water to remove all of the salt from the anchovies.
- Rinse the Shiitake mushrooms and cut off the stem. Pick out the young leaves of the cabbage and cut them into big sizes.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour the mix in a pot and stir and boil it for 20 min.
