INGREDIENTS

Apple20 g, Pear10 g, Carrot10 g, Cooked rice50 g, Water250 ml

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the apples, pears and carrots. Cut them into pieces.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Pour the mix in a pot and stir and boil it for 15 min.

NUTRITION

Raw carrots contain nitrates that might cause anemia. So, use only cooked carrots for baby food.
