INGREDIENTS
Apple 20g, Pear 10g, Carrot 10g, Cooked rice 50g, Water 250ml
TIP It is a recipe for infants aged 5-6 months.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the seeds of the apples, pears and carrots. Cut them into pieces.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour the mix in a pot and stir and boil it for 15 min.
NUTRITION
Raw carrots contain nitrates that might cause anemia. So, use only cooked carrots for baby food.
