Pear 200g, Red cabbage 80g, Cucumber 200g, Lemon 20g, Water 200ml

TIP If the raw red cabbage is too tough to eat, blanch them to lessen bitterness and soothe an upset stomach.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of pears, cucumbers and lemons.
  2. Chop the red cabbage.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
