INGREDIENTS
Raw ginseng100 g, Milk600 ml, Honey30 g
TIPRecommended to drink this latte before breakfast or before and after drinking alcohol.Good to blend the ginseng with banana or sweet potato.
METHOD
- Wash raw ginseng after being kept in water for 5 min to get rid of dirt. Remove the ginseng head and cut them into 2-3 cm.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
