TIPIf you are not comfortable with fresh red cabbage, slightly steam before blending; the bitterness gets reduced, and it will be easier on your stomach.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Peel the lemon.
- 2. Wash the red cabbage and carrots clean and slice properly.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
