TIPBe sure to use red and well-ripe tomatoes. The redder they are, the higher the lycopene.

METHOD

  1. 1. Remove the stems of tomatoes, slice properly, and blend.
  2. 2. Add the same amount of beer as the tomato juice (180g).
  3. 3. Pour into a beautiful cocktail glass.
