TIPBe sure to use red and well-ripe tomatoes. The redder they are, the higher the lycopene.
METHOD
- 1. Remove the stems of tomatoes, slice properly, and blend.
- 2. Add the same amount of beer as the tomato juice (180g).
- 3. Pour into a beautiful cocktail glass.
