INGREDIENTS
Potatoes (steamed) 300g, Onion 20g, Spinach 30g, Maka powder a little, Chicken stock 350g
TIP You can use corn instead of potato, and broccoli instead of spinach.
METHOD
- Chop every ingredient into pieces.
- Chop the peeled potatoes into pieces and boil in water. Stir-fry onions with oil.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
- If you want a smooth texture, blend a bit longer.
