Sweet persimmons420 g, Jujube30 g, Lemon50 g, Cinnnamon Powder1 g

TIPSweet persimmons get mushy easily; seal them in a plastic bag and store at low temperature (around 0C).

METHOD

  1. 1. Slice sweet persimmons and jujubes in half and remove seeds.
  2. 2. Peel the lemon.
  3. 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  4. 4. Add cinnamon powder to this juice.
  5. 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
