INGREDIENTS
Tofu100 g, Kiwi200 g, Cucumber100 g, Lemon25 g, Water275 ml
TIPYou can replace tofu with yogurt. Remember not to put lemon in yogurt.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the seeds of the kiwis, cucumbers and lemons and cut.
- Flatten the tofu by hand or with the back of a knife.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
