INGREDIENTS

Cherry tomato200 g, Red paprika30 g, Kiwi150 g, Strawberry150 g, Water180 ml

TIPWhen you wash strawberries, rinsing them in water is enough. If you keep them in water for more than 30 sec, vitamin C in the strawberry dissolves in water. The strawberries need to be stored in a paper box because they are easily damaged in humidity.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems of the cherry tomatoes and strawberries. Remove the seeds and stems of the bell peppers and cut.
  2. Peel and cut the kiwis.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
