METHOD
- 1. Thaw the frozen tomatoes (stem removed, sliced properly).
- 2. Thaw the frozen kiwis (peeled and sliced properly).
- 3. Thaw the frozen pineapples (peeled, core removed, and sliced properly).
- 4. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
- 5. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
