Tomato Kiwi Smoothie is best when it's cold!


INGREDIENTS

Frozen Tomato 100g, Frozen Kiwi 100g, Frozen Pineapple 80g, Frozen Bananas 80g, Milk 100g

TIP Prepare and slice the ingredients before freezing them for easy blending.

METHOD

  1. Thaw the frozen tomatoes (stem removed, sliced properly).
  2. Thaw the frozen kiwis (peeled and sliced properly).
  3. Thaw the frozen pineapples (peeled, core removed, and sliced properly).
  4. Thaw the frozen bananas (peeled and sliced properly).
  5. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
