INGREDIENTS

Potato 50g, Carrot 50g, Squash 50g, Onion 25g, Cooked rice 50g, Water 200ml

TIP You can use any leftover vegetable in your fridge for this recipe.

METHOD

  1. Peel off potatoes, carrots, pumpkins and onions and cut them into portions.
  2. Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in heating mode.
  3. Add salt to your taste.
