Watermelon300 g, Mango170 g, Lemon juice30 ml, Water200 ml

TIPThe seeds of watermelon contain lots of nutrients, so it’s recommended to blend them altogether with flesh. You can use the frozen mangoes in the off season.

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the watermelons into small pieces.
  2. Peel the mangoes and collect only the flesh. Cut them.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
