Watermelon400 g, Agave Syrup5 g, Vanilla Ice cream30g (1 scoop)
TIPYou can slice watermelons and freeze them slightly before making this granita.
METHOD
- 1. Put 400g of watermelon in the blender.
- 2. Freeze the watermelon juice for more than 2 hours.
- 3. Rake the frozen watermelon with a fork and make sherbet.
- 4. Top the sherbet with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with some agave syrup.
