INGREDIENTS
Yacon450 g
TIPWash off the dirt on yacons by rubbing with a brush under running water.
METHOD
- 1. Remove dirt from the skin of the yacon and wash it clean.
- 2. Slice it into 4 pieces.
- 3. Put in the yacon slowly and blend.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
