TIPIf you can’t eat raw cabbage, steam them slightly in the microwave.
METHOD
- Remove the cores of the cabbage and cut.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut them with the broccoli and carrots.
- Remove the stems of the tomatoes. Peel and cut the bananas.
- Blend tomatoes, broccoli, cabbage and carrots in the soup mode.
- Add apples and bananas and blend altogether.
