Orange200 g, Banana200 g, Lemon juice20 ml, Spinach30 g, Cherry tomato50g, Water210 ml

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges. Peel and cut the bananas.
  2. Remove the stems of the cherry tomatoes and cut them with spinach.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
