INGREDIENTS

Lentils (red)40 g, Apple100 g, Carrot50 g, Celery30 g, Yogurt100 g, Water280 ml

TIPYou don’t have to soak lentils in water. For a smoother flavor, add more plain yogurt.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples. Cut them with carrots and celery.
  2. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones in the soup mode.
  3. Add plain yogurt and blend altogether. It will make the juice smoother.
