Yam 100g, Lotus root 100g, Kale 40g, Banana 150g, Almond 30g, Milk 290ml

TIP If you clean and store yams wrapped with plastic wrapping in the fridge, they can be preserved longer.

METHOD

  1. Peel the yams and lotus roots and cut.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them with kale.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
