TIPWash the blueberries in water once and soak them in vinegar water for 5 minutes before rinsing 2-3 times. It’s convenient to store peeled bananas in the freezer for later use.
METHOD
- Wash the blueberries and drain the water.
- Peel the bananas and cut them with kale.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
