INGREDIENTS
Apple 250 g, Kale 10 g, Banana 100 g, Almond 40g, Water 300ml
TIP Instead of kale, use other leafy veggies like spinach, celery or park choi.
METHOD
- Peel and remove the seeds of apples. Cut the apples, bananas and kale.
- Soak almonds in water.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
