INGREDIENTS

Apple 250 g, Kale 10 g, Banana 100 g, Almond 40g, Water 300ml

TIP Instead of kale, use other leafy veggies like spinach, celery or park choi.

METHOD

  1. Peel and remove the seeds of apples. Cut the apples, bananas and kale.
  2. Soak almonds in water.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
