This beet and carrot juice helps improve blood flow.


INGREDIENTS

Beet root 100g, Apple 300g, Carrot 50g, Lemon juice 30ml, Kelp powder 2g, Coconut water 230ml

TIP Carrots with deep orange color and thin skin tend to have sweet and strong flavors. You can replace coconut water with coconut milk or soy milk.

METHOD

  1. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  2. Peel and cut the beets and carrots.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
