TIP Beets are good either raw or cooked.
METHOD
- Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Slice the peeled beets and carrots into proper sizes.
- Peel the lemon and orange.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
