Drink a glass of this soft juice made with red cabbage, strawberries, and apples before and after morning exercise to get sufficient nutrients.

METHOD
- 1. Slice the apple (do not peel) into sizes that fit the mouth. Slice the red cabbage, cucumber (stem removed), and carrot into proper sizes.
- 2. Wash the strawberries clean and drain them.
- 3. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
NUTRITION
