INGREDIENTS

Carrot 120g, Frozen Bananas 120g, Frozen Orange 150g, Milk 100g

TIP Peel and freeze bananas for later use.

METHOD

  1. Wash the carrots clean and slice them properly.
  2. Thaw the frozen bananas and orange (peeled and sliced properly).
  3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
