TIPIf you feel uncomfortable eating raw cabbage, heat it in a microwave oven. Wash the blueberries with water once, put them in vinegar water for about 5 minutes, and rinse 2-3 times. If you want a sweeter taste, adjust the ingredient amounts.
METHOD
- 1. Slice the red cabbage into proper sizes.
- 2. Wash the carrots clean and slice them properly.
- 3. Peel the orange.
- 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
