INGREDIENTS
Red Cabbage 200g, Blueberry 50g, Carrot 80g, Orange 170g
TIP If you feel uncomfortable eating raw cabbage, heat it in a microwave oven. Wash the blueberries with water once, put them in vinegar water for about 5 minutes, and rinse 2-3 times. If you want a sweeter taste, adjust the ingredient amounts.
METHOD
- Slice the red cabbage into proper sizes.
- Wash the carrots clean and slice them properly.
- Peel the orange.
- Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
