INGREDIENTS
Chinese chives100 g, Apple300 g, Plain yogurt150 g, Milk160 ml
TIPWrap chives with paper and store them in the fridge. When washing chives, remove any dirt around the sliced section and shake and rinse them in running water.
METHOD
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Clean and remove all dirt from the chives. Cut them into pieces.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
