INGREDIENTS
Gold kiwi200 g, Apple150 g, Water parsley50 g, Ginger2 g, Celery30 g, Calamansi juice40 ml, Water240 ml
TIPWash the water parsley (Mi-na-ri) cleanly. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.
METHOD
- Peel the kiwis. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut both of them.
- Cut the water parsley, celery and ginger.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
