INGREDIENTS

Gold kiwi200 g, Apple150 g, Water parsley50 g, Ginger2 g, Celery30 g, Calamansi juice40 ml, Water240 ml

TIPWash the water parsley (Mi-na-ri) cleanly. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.

METHOD

  1. Peel the kiwis. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut both of them.
  2. Cut the water parsley, celery and ginger.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
