TIPWash the spinach cleanly. If you don’t like the strong flavor of celery, use the stems rather than leaves.

METHOD

  1. Cut the ashitaba, spinach and celery.
  2. Peel the cucumbers and grapefruits and cut them with carrots.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
