INGREDIENTS

Kale 50g, Celery 50g, Strawberry 150g, Apple 150g, Plain yogurt 100g, Water 210ml

TIP Plain yogurt helps make the juice flavor mild. If you use drinking yogurt instead of plain yogurt, you can add more sweetness.

METHOD

  1. Cut the kale and celery.
  2. Remove the stems of the strawberries. Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
