TIPIf you don’t like the bitterness of grapefruit, remove the white peels completely.

METHOD

  1. Peel and cut the kiwis and grapefruits. The seeds of the grapefruits need to be removed.
  2. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
