Made with healthy green vegetables and fruit, Green O Juice is smooth on the throat!


INGREDIENTS

Parsley 30g, Kale 20g, Apple 300g, Celery 80g, Pineapple 60g

TIP If you put in too many green vegetables, it may taste too strong; add sweet fruit to adjust the taste.

METHOD

  1. Wash the parsley, kale, and celery clean and slice them properly.
  2. Use the apple as is. If it's bigger than the mouth, slice into proper sizes.
  3. Peel and core the pineapple and slice into proper sizes.
  4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
  5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
