Enjoy a new recipe for the cold smoothie based on green tea that is often enjoyed as a hot tea.
INGREDIENTS
Green tea powder15 g, Strawberry150 g, Banana100 g, Avocado135 g, Milk200 ml, Ice100 g
TIPAdd sugar or syrup for more sweetness.Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients. Another tip for a cooler smoothie is to blend frozen bananas.
METHOD
- Wash and remove the stems of strawberries. Peel the bananas.
- Cut in half and remove the seeds of the avocadoes and peel them off.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
