Enjoy a new recipe for the cold smoothie based on green tea that is often enjoyed as a hot tea.
INGREDIENTS
Green tea powder 15g, Strawberry 150g, Banana 100g, Avocado 135g, Milk 200ml, Ice 100g
TIP Add sugar or syrup for more sweetness.Blend ice cubes as much as you want with other ingredients. Another tip for a cooler smoothie is to blend frozen bananas.
METHOD
- Wash and remove the stems of strawberries. Peel the bananas.
- Cut in half and remove the seeds of the avocadoes and peel them off.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
