Kiwi 150g, Pineapple 200g, Banana 100g, Orange 150g, Ice cube 100g

TIP You can blend frozen pineapple or banana, instead of ice.Good to add a bit of greens like lettuce, celery or cucumber.

METHOD

  1. Peel the kiwis and bananas. Cut the pineapples into 4 pieces.
  2. Peel and remove the seeds of the oranges and cut.
  3. Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
