Spinach70 g, Carrot70 g, Kale50 g, Celery50 g, Melon250 g, Lemon20 g
TIPCarrots with dark and vivid orange color and thinner skin are tastier. If you are not comfortable with the strong smell of celery, use more stems than leaves.
METHOD
- 1. Wash the spinach, kale, and celery clean and slice them into proper sizes.
- 2. Remove the stems of the carrots. Peel the melon and slice it into proper sizes.
- 3. Peel the lemon.
- 4. Juice all the ingredients following the instructions.
- 5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.
