INGREDIENTS
Parsley 20g, Kale 30g, Spinach 30g, Celery 30g, Cabbage 30g, Apple 250g, Lemon juice 30ml, Water 300ml
TIP Parsley goes very well with other vegetables for green juice. You can add honey or syrup for sweetness.
METHOD
- Wash and cut the parsley, kale, spinach and celery. Remove the cores of the cabbage and cut.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
