TIPParsley goes very well with other vegetables for green juice. You can add honey or syrup for sweetness.
METHOD
- Wash and cut the parsley, kale, spinach and celery. Remove the cores of the cabbage and cut.
- Remove the stems and seeds of the apples and cut.
- Blend the ingredients in order of liquid, soft and hard ones.
