Tender and fresh-flavored pak choi is good food for babies. With little meat added, this veggie soup makes a nutritional balance.
INGREDIENTS
Pak choi 20g, Egg yolk 20g, Chicken 20g, Carrot 10g, Cooked rice 50g, Water 250ml
TIP If you are to feed your baby with eggs, start with yolk at the age of 7 months. Relatively allergy-prone egg white is better to be fed in small portions at the age of 1 year or older.
METHOD
- Remove the yolks from the boiled eggs. Boil the chicken and separate the meat from the soup.
- Put all of the prepared ingredients into the container and blend in soup mode.
NUTRITION
In the middle and last stage of solid foods, feed your baby only yolks. Start feeding egg white at the age of 1 year or older. If your baby has a food allergy or atopic disease, start feeding both yolk and egg white at the age of 2 years or older.
